A downloadable asset pack
So for this trick I did this tileset for creating portraits in a fair size: 64px x 96px.
There are 2 types of heads and 6 types of hair, eyebrows, eyes, noses, mouths and ears for each head type.
Also, everything is in greys, hair is in a black and white scale and the flesh is in a yellowish scale, but you can easily change everything to the colors you need.
The feedback is very welcome because I want to make this set bigger and bigger, but first I need to be sure it is working for you! so let me know anything, please :)

Good stuff, they all look a bit asian to me. Is that on purpose? Also, if you want to make this bigger try make a an engine out of it so people can customize it (I did, worked fine), Also animations (for around 4-6 states (idle, happy, angry etc. ) are needed to be useful for us developers, but hey up to you.
